Following a successful career in the learning and development and sales and marketing arena for Shell International, Sandra now works as a freelance consultant, coach and facilitator and has joined the Advance team as an associate.

Sandra works with a range of clients specialising in leadership, change communications and personal development. She has extensive experience in working with globally diverse teams and a wide range of groups from graduates through to senior managers.

She is a driven and pragmatic coach and facilitator with an enthusiastic and reality–focused approach. This is driven by her belief in promoting positivity and personal leadership in the workplace and her goal of helping people to maximise their performance and potential.

Sandra lives in Cheshire when she’s not out roaming mountains, swimming in icy rivers or working on projects in far flung places.
