Roger brings over 20 years’ experience in consulting to his clients and assignment.

He has worked with national and international clients, extensively with SMEs, and with executives at most levels and functions within organisations across a variety of sectors.

He has studied to graduate and postgraduate levels in management, economics, psychology, education, organisational behaviour, social research and business (Bsc MPhil PGCE MEd MBA).

Roger has a Diploma in Performance Coaching, a Certificate in Life Coaching and a Certificate in Co-Active Coaching awarded by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), from an accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) programme.

Roger is also a trained assessor in the use of psychometric tools.
