Fun Fact

Ran from London to Manchester in five days in 1981.

Having spent close to 15 years managing teams of up to 250 in leading blue chip companies, Nick has a real understanding of the needs of business but equally importantly of the demands placed on individuals.  People management has always been the buzz for Nick, constantly trying to find better ways to manage, coach and inspire his teams to greater levels of success.

What better way than to make that a way of life working with teams to create a greater sense of purpose, developing better performance and having some fun too!

Nick has delivered programmes both within the UK and overseas and has helped to develop the BPO sector in Botswana over a two year period.

UK clients include NHS Direct, Bank of Scotland, DWP, Argos and a range of local councils.

Nick has been asked to speak at a number of events and conferences including local government forums and Contact Centre bodies where he has a strong CRM background.

His passion for excellence has a very strong impact on those that he works with.

Since 2012 Nick has been a national judge in the UK Customer Service Training Awards each year.

Having represented his native county Cheshire at four different sports, it is little surprise that Nick is most at home helping to build winning teams.

No wonder that his three sons have all become accomplished sports players in a variety of disciplines from junior to now senior level!

Nick still competes competitively in athletics where he also holds a UKA coaching badge, cycles for fitness and referees football at grass roots level.
